Project Overview
Located on a quiet Littleton cul-de-sac, this ranch-style residence had solid bones and charm that needed an update to match our clients’ lifestyle and vision for the future. It was clear that the kitchen needed more than just a facelift but, highly functional for hosting family and friends with ease, offering dedicated zones for daily rituals like coffee and cocktails, and connecting seamlessly to the rest of the home.

Countertops: Granite Imports Honed Negresco Granite
The Almond-stained white oak cabinetry offers an inviting, organic feel. Its subtle grain and soft honeyed tones add depth without overwhelming the space. To balance the light wood, we chose a honed black granite, delivering a sense of quiet luxury with a matte finish that feels modern yet classic. The laundry room was given the same level of design attention, transformed from an afterthought into a beautiful, functional space. Cabinetry in a calming rosemary green paint paired with the same honed black granite, giving the room a sophisticated yet grounded feel.
